It does also have a small rotted spot in the bed by the driver rear wheel well. changing a floor pan in this car is pretty easy though. The car has new quarters, it will need some floor work on the driver side. It will need a longer steering shaft, the 4 wheel drive linkage hooked up and some general going through before it would be complete. The guy that was building the car passed away before he could finish. The car starts right up and runs and drives the way it is, but it will need some finishing here and there to be perfect.
